shipping and returns

Shipping:

Free in-state shipping for orders over $75- Finally, a shipping policy that benefits Alaskans! We will ship any order over $75 parcel post anywhere in Alaska.

For all other orders, or for in-state Priority Mail shipping we charge actual shipping cost.

We usually ship USPS and require insurance for orders over $100.

We will consider shipping via another method if requested, but we have found that USPS is generally the fastest, least expensive and most reliable method when shipping from Alaska. Contact us if you want us to check alternate shipping methods.

Returns:

New, unused, unwashed and saleable items in original condition and with tags still attatched may be returned within 60 days for store credit only. Shipping fees will not be credited.

Exceptions:
Bras may be returned (we know how hard it is to get a good fit long distance!) but only if there is no staining from deodorant, breastmilk, etc. Generally, if you wear a bra with a breast pad for under 5 minutes, it should not show wear and may be returned. Just in case, please shower first and be sure to use clean breast pads.

Due to health concerns, breast pads and underwear may not be returned. We will, however accept certain used items on consignment (contact us for more information.)

All used consignment is sold as-is and may not be returned.

In case of product defect or errors on our part: We do our best, however we are bound to make an occasional error. If there is a product defect, or if what you recieve does not match what you ordered, you may return the item for replacement or refund and we will reimburse the return shipping cost and ship the replacement item at our cost. Returns of this nature must be pre-approved.

If you're unsure about specific items and circumstances please ask us prior to sending the item back- we're reasonable folks and will be happy to help you in whatever way we can!
